Der Zweck von DORA besteht darin, die digitale Betriebsstabilit\u00e4t im Finanzsektor zu verbessern, da dort eine starke Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) gegeben ist und somit eine Anf\u00e4lligkeit f\u00fcr Cyberangriffe und -vorf\u00e4lle besteht. Die Verordnung soll sicherstellen, dass alle Beteiligten in der Finanzbranche die erforderlichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen treffen und den europ\u00e4ischen Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von ausgelagerten Dienstleistungen erm\u00f6glichen. Die EU-Verordnung &#8220;\u00fcber die Betriebsstabilit\u00e4t digitaler Systeme des Finanzsektors&#8221; enth\u00e4lt verschiedene Anforderungen, die zur Erreichung dieser Ziele beitragen sollen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Der Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) ist eine wegweisende EU-Verordnung, die darauf abzielt, die digitale Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit und das IT-Risikomanagement von Finanzinstituten innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union zu verbessern. Durch die Einf\u00fchrung eines einheitlichen Rahmens soll DORA die fragmentierten nationalen Regelungen ersetzen und somit eine koh\u00e4rente Vorgehensweise bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung von IT-Risiken
